how do i join my E drive to my C drive?

​ hey wats up? ​
​ recently i got my pc fixed cause it the motherboard went bad. anyhow the C drive was split into 2 an now i have a E drive which to me makes no sense becuz wen i store anything on it, my pc runs rather slow wen i play my music an stuff from that drive. so i want to join it back with the C drive to make it one again. can anyone help me? ​

I believe you are saying that you want to make one large partition instead of two. There is a program that can do this called Partition Magic.

but isnt there a way i could do it usin disk management?

Only if you are willing to loose all the data on the hard drive. 
If you wish you retain the data, then use Symantec's Partition Magic, as Osprey4 has posted.

i backed up everything on it already so i dont mind. so can u tell me how usin disk management?

As you were told prior, you CANNOT use disk management to combine your C and E drives, you must either buy Partition Magic or repartition and reformat the computer.

As Rick says, you cannot use disk management to change the size of the C:\ partition (the one Windows is on), so you cannot use it to combine E and C.
